Delete account

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app.

In the app

Open Settings in the Hisob ON app.
Tap “Delete account”.
Confirm. If you signed in with Apple, Apple asks you to confirm too.

What gets deleted

Your name, phone number and card numbers are erased.
Your accounts and transactions become inaccessible.
This cannot be undone.

If you have an active subscription, cancel it separately in your Apple ID or Google Play settings: deleting your account does not cancel the store subscription.

If you cannot sign in to the app

Send an account deletion request to this address, with the phone number you registered with or your sign-in method: hisobondev@gmail.com
