Privacy policy
October 21, 2026
Overview
This policy applies to the Hisob ON app (iOS and Android) and the Telegram Mini App. It explains what data is collected, why, and what control you have over it.
Data we collect
- Account data: when you sign in with Google, Apple or Telegram, the details that service provides (an identifier, your name, and an email address if available), plus the first name, last name and phone number you enter when you register.
- Financial data: the accounts, balances, transactions, categories, places, debt contacts and notes you add. Hisob ON does not connect to your bank and does not read bank data; only what you enter yourself is stored.
- Settings: your language, base currency and app appearance.
- Subscription data: purchase status and period. Payment goes through the store (Apple or Google); we do not see or store your card details.
- Technical data: the app version and a request log needed to run the service.
How we use data
- To run the app: show your accounts and transactions and calculate reports.
- To verify sign-in and protect your account.
- To check your subscription and unlock premium features.
- To improve the service and fix problems.
- We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
Third-party services
- Google, Apple and Telegram, for signing in.
- Apple App Store and Google Play, for distributing the app and charging subscriptions.
- RevenueCat, for managing subscriptions. It receives your account identifier and purchase information.
- These services process data under their own privacy policies.
Storage and security
Data is stored on our servers and encrypted in transit over HTTPS. We keep your data as long as your account exists.
Your rights
- You can view and edit your data in the app.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app’s Settings: your name, phone and card numbers are erased, and your accounts and transactions become inaccessible. Details are on the “Delete account” page.
- For any other request, contact us.
Children
The app is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will publish the new version on this page and update the date above.
